Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services is highly valued, as it contributes to the high standards we uphold.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring that all linens are clean and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality or janitorial experience will be considered advantageous. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
