Overview of the Hotel:

The Wellesley Knightsbridge is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of London's prestigious Knightsbridge Area. Renowned for its exceptional service, elegant ambiance, and attention to detail, the hotel offers guests an unforgettable experience of comfort and sophistication.

Position Overview:

To ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. This is a part-time position with 16 hours per week guaranteed.

Duties:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Make beds, change linen, and replace towels and amenities as needed. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors. Ensure rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies. Turn in Lost and Found items following standard procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times. Follow security and safety protocols. Use cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor/HOD. Ensure that cleaning tools and supplies are properly maintained and stored.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role, preferably in 4/5hotels. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and security protocols. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
