Room Attendant for Housekeeping Department

We are looking for some new additions to our friendly team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham-Gateway hotel to help us deliver the best standards in our Housekeeping department.

You will be the face of the department alongside the housekeeping management, communicating with your supervisor and Maintenance ensuring a smooth and memorable experience Acknowledging guests in a polite and friendly manner and delivering great customer service Cleaning guest rooms on a daily basis to ensure excellent standards and to check furnishing equipment are clean and in good repair paying attention to detail Liaise with HOD/DM to ensure all sections of the rooms are spring cleaned in rotation Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, control, security and emergency procedures Working inline with Housekeeping Management to ensure a smooth running of the department and communicate with each other

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
