Your Role:
Here at the White Hart, we work as a team to exceed customer expectations of friendly and efficient service. You could be cleaning rooms or public areas or learning how to assist our customers and supporting the Front of House staff.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all customers in your area of responsibility are satisfied with cleanliness, service and quality
Ensure all duties are completed by the end of your shift
Work closely with other members of the team
Respond to all customer needs quickly and politely.
Help maintain standards of cleanliness both in hotel rooms and the main building.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
