Role Overview:

Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and spa facilities are maintained to impeccable standards. Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to consistently deliver outstanding service and maintain operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality and hygiene standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction. Address and resolve any guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving abilities. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining exceptional standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge of housekeeping operations, safety standards, and cleaning procedures.

A proactive approach, with the ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
