Do you have experience with successfully supervising a housekeeping team and supporting a Head Housekeeper happy to support a team of room attendants? Or a you a highly experienced room attendant with exposure to supervising a housekeeping team?

What are we looking for?

We are looking to take on a multi-tasking Housekeeping Supervisor role, working within a busy hotel in Brighton. You will hold experience in assisting management and with checking over hotel rooms and supervising a team. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual. Your role will be very varied a will see you carrying out a number of duties. You must be happy to carry out room attendant duties as well as supervisory duties.

What will your main responsibilities be?

You will be accountable for successfully supervising a team of room attendants, you will encourage and support the team, ensuring the highest possible standards are always kept. You will be providing support to the Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper. You must be flexible be a room attendant also and get stuck in with the team, you must also be comfortable with supervising the team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper and/or deputy (when they have days off and are away on holiday)
