Cleaning Supervisor - Luxury 5-Star Holiday Homes - New Forest

Approx. 25 Hours Per Week | Flexible Hours | Competitive Pay

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team across a selection of beautiful 5-star holiday homes in the stunning New Forest area.

About the Role:

As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You'll oversee a small team of cleaners and carry out regular inspections amd checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising training and supporting a small team of cleaners

Carrying out spot checks and final inspections

Ensuring all properties meet 5-star quality standards

Stock and supplies management

About You:

Previous experience in cleaning and supervision (hospitality or holiday lets preferred)

Excellent attention to detail

Organised and dependable

Able to work flexibly, including weekends when required

Own vehicle and full UK driving licence essential

What We Offer:

Approx. 25 hours per week with flexibility

Competitive hourly rate 15 -(17 ph weekends and bank holidays) inclusive of weekly paid holiday pay
