Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to help oversee our housekeeping operations within a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel industry.
Duties
- Liaise with management and housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all rooms and public areas
- Implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning methods and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct daily room inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 13.14 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
