Housekeeping Supervisor
to join our dynamic team at Corick House Hotel & Spa.
In this pivotal role, you will support the
Housekeeping Manager
in leading and inspiring our Housekeeping and Laundry teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience across all areas of the hotel. You will ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are consistently maintained throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily management of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock control, cost management, and efficient scheduling in conjunction with the Housekeeping Manager.
Manage and maintain lost property procedures, ensuring accurate recording, storage, and guest communication.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure they meet the highest standards.
Monitor team performance and appearance, ensuring standards are consistently achieved and exceeded.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet business demands.
Support the management of staff performance in line with company policies and procedures.
Uphold and continuously improve the quality and presentation of bedrooms, public areas, and facilities.
Ensure daily and weekly cleaning checklists are completed to an exceptional standard.
Promote and adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and quality of service.
Provide assistance to other departments as required to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Experience
Minimum of
1 year's experience
in a Housekeeping or Laundry supervisory position within the hospitality sector (hotel or similar environment).
