Housekeeping Supervisors

to support the smooth running of our busy housekeeping department.

This role is ideal for an experienced housekeeper looking to take the

next step into supervision

, or for someone with previous supervisory experience who enjoys being hands-on while supporting a team.

The Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist the Head Housekeeper with the daily operation of the department, helping to supervise staff, maintain standards, and ensure rooms are prepared to the highest level.

You will lead by example, offering guidance, quality checks and support to ensure consistency across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising daily housekeeping operations Supporting, training and motivating housekeeping staff Carrying out room and public area inspections Assisting with rotas and daily task allocation Ensuring standards, cleanliness and presentation are consistently met Supporting health & safety and COSHH compliance Acting as a point of contact for housekeeping staff during shifts

About You

Previous hotel housekeeping experience essential Supervisory experience desirable but not essential High standards and excellent attention to detail Reliable, organised and approachable Confident supporting and guiding a team Willing to be hands-on when required
