We are currently seeking a driven, highly motivated and supremely organised

Housekeeping Supervisor

to ensure the highest standards and meticulous attention to detail are achieved throughout the Townhouse, a key member of our Housekeeping team.



The on target earning potential for this role is 37,703 per annum - comprising a base salary of 30,703 plus a qualified estimate of 7,000 in gratuities and service charge.As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

You'll assist, support and supervise your own mighty team of Housekeeping Attendants Attending and participating in daily and monthly meetings for preparation, you'll have a key role in the set up and service of the Townhouse, maintaining and continually improving our standards and the quality of our service, consistently exceeding our guest expectations Ensuring operating costs are managed effectively, you'll have responsibility for stock take completion and stock ordering in the most organised and efficient ways Always warm and thoughtful, you and your team will make sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly, effectively and professionally You'll check all areas before, during and at the end of each shift, ensuring our sky-high standards are maintained; you'll also carry out daily maintenance and cleanliness checks across all areas of both guest and colleague facing areas Playing a key role in ensuring the motivation of our team, you'll work with them, fully involved in their coaching, training and development Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

The kind of person we're looking for:

You have outstanding experience within a similar role, ideally within the Hospitality industry Experience of ALICE and Opera, or similar front desk operating systems, would also be an advantage Well organised, punctual and willing to work a flexible schedule, you're approachable, helpful and self-motivated Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand You have a positive "can do" attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner Flexible working pattern including both days and evenings A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way

About gratuities service charge:

Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the hotel that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role. It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive around 7,000 in addition to their annual salary
