Housekeeping Supervisor
you will assist and supervise the team of housekeepers to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, prepared, and presented to a luxury 5standard. The role will support the Executive Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper with daily tasks and you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and for our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the team of housekeepers to ensure a consistent high standard of cleanliness and luxury presentation in all guest rooms and suites
Take ownership of inspecting guest rooms to ensure they are cleaned, prepared and presented to the luxury standards set out by SCHLOSS Roxburghe to ensure the best quality for our guests
Supervise housekeepers to ensure a prompt service and that all guest rooms are prepared for our confirmed check in time
To report any faults, broken items or material issues to Housekeeping management and the Maintenance team
You will interact with all guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner, looking to exceed their expectations
You will ensure that any guest housekeeping requests are responded to effectively and in a timely manner
You will bring your experience to identify and contribute innovative and practical ways to improve the overall quality and process within the department
You will ensure that all compliance, COSHH, and Health & Safety procedures are followed by yourself the team of Housekeepers
Ensure that all procedures concerning guest safety are followed including but not limited to; lost property, key control and confidentiality
You will take pride in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all guest areas
You will service bathrooms and guest bedrooms ensuring to use the correct equipment, cleaning materials and guidelines
You will assist the Housekeeping Management team with any ad hoc duties or requests when necessary

You have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Proven Experience/Qualifications:
Proven supervisory experience
Previous housekeeping experience is desirable
