We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel housekeeping operations and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive team environment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a positive work culture. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the operational needs of the establishment.
