Job Description
Barton Hall Hotel is on the search for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain the high standards of cleanliness throughout our 37 Bedrooms and public areas.
Job description
To ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are sustained throughout the hotel and retaining the AA 4-star standards.
To exercise effective linen and stock control in the housekeeping and other departments.
Supervises all housekeeping employees, training, and managing their personal targets.
Managing Rotas and housekeeping hours to match with the business and occupancy.
Audit and inspects housekeeping work and bedrooms
Working with other departments to keep the hotel running efficiently and productive.
sound knowledge of COSHH and H&S standards and keeping up to date with new legislation.
