THE ROLE

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home.



Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:


Ensuring guest rooms are prepared in line with hotel and brand standards Training, supporting, and developing an amazing team Learning your guests likes and dislikes to personalise their experience Managing schedules and embedding the brand standards and values within your team Get to know your team to assign duties based on abilities and daily requirements, maximising team efficiency Listen to your team, ensure they are happy have everything they need to achieve their very best and enjoy their work!

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure Strong leadership skills excellent customer service focus Good command of the English language Working knowledge of Opera, KnowCross, Fourth, and Microsoft Office is beneficial, but excellent training will be provided!
