We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and organisation of our hotel premises. Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Train new staff members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment. Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Develop work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. Enforce health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services, with prior supervisory responsibilities preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices in cleanliness and safety. Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with cleaning equipment and products is desirable. A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
