Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Housekeeping role is essential

. No specific qualifications required, just housekeeping experience, a passion for hospitality and a great attitude!

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, dorms, bathrooms, and communal spaces. Lead, train, and motivate a team of room attendants and cleaners to uphold cleanliness and service standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency, safety, and quality control. Manage housekeeping stock levels (linen, cleaning products, amenities) and report any shortages or ordering needs. Collaborate with maintenance to report and track room issues or safety hazards. Create and maintain cleaning rotas, checklists, and schedules for daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks. Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire regulations, and COSHH guidelines. Support onboarding of new team members and drive a culture of pride, respect, and accountability. Be a role model for Kabannas values - friendly, vibrant, professional, and guest-focused. Lone working may be required during quieter periods to meet occupancy demands and operational efficiency.
