Housekeeping Team Leader

Salary 13.57 per hour

35 hrs per week

Rota based 5 over 7 days - (Mon - Fri 7am - 2.30pm & weekends 8am - 3.30pm)

Our housekeeping team is deservedly proud of the exceptional standards of service we provide in our en-suite rooms, public areas and leisure facilities.

We are looking for a conscientious, reliable individual with excellent attention to detail and good communication skills to supervise our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role, out on the floor where previous experience of housekeeping and laundry is preferred.

Providing support as directed and deputising in the absence of the Head Housekeeper Checking all areas, including bedrooms, throughout the day, ensuring they are cleaned to the PTC standards. Self-catering properties to be checked following turn outs. Assist with recruitment, induction and training of new and existing team members. Responsible for stock control, purchasing and the asset register, liaising with the Head Housekeeper Rota based weekend supervision to support the weekend team. Assist in the preparation of events held within the Centre.
