Team Leaders - HousekeepingWe're excited to announce new Team Leader opportunities within The RGS Family of Schools. These are newly created roles, reflecting our ongoing commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and care across all our school sites. As a Team Leader, you'll be a working member of the cleaning team, supporting the effective delivery of daily cleaning routines within a designated school area. You will provide direction, reassurance, and coordination on shift, ensuring that work is carried out safely, professionally, and in line with RGSW standards.
With more than one position available, this is a great opportunity to take on additional responsibility and play a key role in upholding the high-quality environment that our pupils, staff, and visitors expect. The shift pattern will be 15 hours per week, morning or evening, depending on which School site. There are opportunities at RGS Worcester, RGS The Grange and RGS Dodderhill.
