and help create a clean, welcoming environment that our guests will love returning to.Key Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to standards Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly Follow cleaning checklists and brand standards Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping trolley Respect guest privacy and handle lost property appropriately Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timings Support team members and respond to guest requests when needed
