Housekeeping Team Member/Room Attendant
This is a full time position (37.5hours/week), on a 5 in 7 basis. As we are 24-hour, 7 day per week operation, the normal working day covers weekends and bank holidays, these form part of your normal working week. It will involve morning, day and evening shifts.
Job purpose: To ensure day to day cleaning of guest bedrooms, public area and conference area ensuring that the needs of the business are met in line with brand and company standards and legal requirements.
To clean and finish guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and the public areas to brand standard in a timely manner in line with brand standard.
To carrying out guest requests in a timely manner.
To ensure rooms guest rooms are ready for arrival guest.
To carrying out safety and cleanliness checks within the area assigned for the day.
To restock and maintain cleaning trolley on daily basis.
To drive the guest experience by reporting of any maintenance defects on all area.
To ensure all equipment inside and around the guest bedroom and public area is in working condition.
This roll will involve long periods of standing and walking together with heavy lifting. The role will cover a variety of shifts and will involve weekend/bank holiday work.
Industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals are involved in this job.
Full training will be provided.
