A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING TEAM MEMBER

ensuring all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain and improve quality standards, addressing any issues promptly Follow health and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Organisational skills to administrative tasks efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, other departments, and guests Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, with a proactive approach to ensuring compliance Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required by the needs of the hotel
