Housekeeper

Overview:

As a Housekeeper at The Haslem Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and passion for hospitality will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

- Change linen, make beds, and replace amenities to ensure guest comfort.

- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture to uphold a pristine environment.

- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels in guest rooms.

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

- Uphold the values of The Haslem Group by delivering exceptional service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Experience:

- Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and proper chemical usage.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the operational needs of the establishment.
