Premier Roomz Hotel is a newly launched, independently run 35-bedroom hotel located in the former Premier Inn Ellesmere Port. Since opening at the end of 2024, we've brought a fresh, guest-focused approach to hospitality while retaining the reliability and quality our guests expect. We're a growing brand with exciting plans, and we're looking for passionate team players to grow with us.

The Role
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through the cleanliness and presentation of our bedrooms and public areas. You will be responsible for maintaining our high brand standards and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standard
Ensure corridors, stairways, and public areas are spotless and presentable
Replenish towels, linen, toiletries, and other room amenities
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
Work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure room quality meets company standards
Follow all company policies including health and safety, COSHH, and manual handling
Maintain good communication with team members and assist with training new starters if required
Ensure all equipment is used correctly and kept in good working condition
Support the wider team during busy periods or special events
Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control measures at all times
What We're Looking For
Ideally 1+ years' experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping
Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering immaculate results
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (on a prorota basis)
A proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
Good understanding of health & safety procedures and willingness to follow them at all times
