The Role
We are looking for passionate, reliable and detail-driven individuals to join our Housekeeping Team. You'll be self-employed, cleaning cottages a maximum of 2 primarily on Fridays and Saturdays (our busiest changeover days) but maybe mid week too. You'll need to drive, as our cottages are spread across Pembrokeshire.
This is not just about ticking off a checklist. It's about taking pride in your work, spotting the small things that matter, and feeding back to our Customer Experience Team to make sure every guest's stay is the best it can be.
What You'll Do
Clean and prepare a maximum of two cottages in a day to the highest standard.
Launder the linen to a high standard
Ensure every cottage is guest-ready, with no detail overlooked.
Feed back to the Customer Experience Team on any issues, maintenance needs, or guest-impacting details.
Work independently but as part of a wider supportive team.
Represent Coastal Cottages as the frontline of our guest experience.
Take pride in ensuring that every guest's holiday begins perfectly.
