Housekeeping/Kitchen Assistance Bank Staff
. This flexible role is perfect for those who want to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, while also supporting our kitchen team in delivering nutritious meals.
Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in residents' rooms and communal areas
Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
Support the kitchen team in serving meals and refreshments
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met
Use basic IT systems to log tasks, record information, and follow care home procedures
Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent care and service
About You
Experience in housekeeping or kitchen assistance is desirable but not essential
Caring, reliable, and committed to supporting older people
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks in kitchen or house keeping
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs
Team player with good communication skill
