Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as required. Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, including washing, drying, and folding linens and garments. Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet quality standards before guest occupancy. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock is low. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while performing duties.

Experience

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
