We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused
Housing Administration Assistant
to join our busy Housing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our frontline services and ensuring our residents receive a responsive and effective service.
You'll be providing essential administrative support across housing and tenancy management, lettings, and customer engagement. From handling correspondence and updating systems to supporting community events and satisfaction surveys, your work will help us deliver high-quality services that make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and letter
Supporting housing teams with admin tasks, meetings, and events
Managing documents and updating housing systems
Assisting with mutual exchange processes and lettings adverts
Monitoring reports of anti-social behaviour and pest control
Raising purchase orders and supporting health & safety compliance
Helping with mailouts, surveys, and performance monitoring
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office and housing systems
A flexible, proactive approach and a "can-do" attitude
GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths or equivalent
Ability to work collaboratively and support team performance
