About the role




As a Housing Adviser your key responsibilities will be to:

Manage a complex caseload of tenancies Deliver tailored interventions based on customer needs Handle tenancy management issues across a designated patch Support applicants, address anti-social behaviour, and contribute to community regeneration Make safeguarding referrals where necessary

About you




You will be an experienced, self-assured, and confident housing professional who will bring the following to the role:

A tenant-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills Experience supporting customers to sustain tenancies Confidence managing ASB cases and working with support services Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills NVQ Level 4 (desirable) or a commitment to ongoing professional development
