We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and suitably experienced Housing and Resettlement Officer's to join our existing Middlesbrough team. Housing and Resettlement Worker - 37.5 Hours Fixed Term 12 months

(Flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role).

26280.50 per annum

The successful applicant will be able to develop positive professional relationships with a wide ranging client group (from young people leaving care to people with substance issues) with varying support needs in dispersed accommodation owned by Community Campus. You will also need to build positive relationships with sometimes hard to reach clients.

The ideal candidate will be client focused, have good organisational and people skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt to situations and have a flexible approach. You will have the ability to manage your own caseload and time effectively. We are looking for committed people who are able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team and also on their own using their initiative.

You will have experience of providing intensive housing management alongside support planning, risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of relevant legislation. Most importantly, you should have the drive, enthusiasm and desire to help others realise their potential and make positive changes.

You will be required to be On Call 1 week in approx 8 weeks, 40 per night.
