Title: Housing Assistant East London/East Anglia
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time - 35 Hours Per Week
Salary: 28,409 - 31,090 per annum (London Weighted salary), dependant on experience
Reporting Office: Stratford, London, E15 4PH
Persona: Agile - 1-2 days office attendance required
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Your impact in the role:

  • Supporting the Neighbourhood Housing Lead and Area Housing Manager, ensuring the delivery of reliable, repeatable, and consistent services for residents.
  • Supporting robust performance against all KPIs and targets. This is a wide and varied role, working as part of a team, providing strong administrative support.
  • Responding to enquiries from residents and other internal and external stakeholders as first point of contact and deal with a variety of tenancy and estate management issues.
  • Providing cover for Neighbourhood Leads to ensure consistency of service and to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
What you'll bring:
  • Good at building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.
  • Able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination. You'll have a can-do attitude and be motivated by keeping promises to residents.
  • Excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage different priorities whilst adhering to important deadlines.
  • Committed to the provision of excellent customer service and be able to show initiative in a busy office environment while working as part of a team.
  • Motivated with a 'can do' attitude by keeping promises to residents.
  • Organised, flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of using Microsoft office packages is also essential.
