Pabla + Pabla Solicitors are searching for paralegals or similarly qualified candidates to join the Didsbury based law firm.
Main Responsibilities:
First contact for claimants suffering from Housing Disrepair
Handling Housing Disrepair claims from inception to conclusion/issue
Dealing directly with Landlords and their representatives
Instructing surveying experts, considering disclosure, valuing claims and negotiating settlements
Working towards financial targets
Assisting solicitors on more complex cases
Job Requirements:
1-2 Years Experience working in Housing Disrepair claims.
Graduate - Law preferred
LPC, CILEx qualification or working towards similar qualification
Excellent communicative skills
Be able to establish priorities and manage deadlines
Highly motivated and pro-active team player
Applications will be considered from non-graduates with relevant work experience or transferable skills who are looking to start a career in law.
Working Week:
37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 - 17:30.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
