Duties



Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on Housing Disrepair Claims. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to achieve favourable outcomes. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements and court submissions. Conduct thorough research on legal issues to support case strategies and client advice. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress while ensuring confidentiality. Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices to provide informed counsel. Collaborate with other professionals within the firm to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Experience



A qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in a specific area of law is preferred. Demonstrated ability in negotiation with a track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients. Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex legal documents and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and representation. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
