We're looking for a Rent Officer to join our growing Housing Management team.

This is a hybrid role, but as Stori operates solely in Wales, you'll need to live within easy travelling distance of one of our offices.

In this rewarding role, you'll help maximise our rental income by supporting residents to sustain their tenancies through timely rent collection and effective arrears recovery. You'll work closely with tenants, housing officers, support staff, and finance colleagues to manage rent and service charge collection, resolve arrears, and oversee recharges.

Your work will be vital in promoting tenancy sustainment and improving the financial wellbeing of our residents -- many of whom face complex challenges. If you're a confident communicator with a customer-focused approach and proven experience in rent collection and arrears recovery, we'd love to hear from you.

Ideally, candidates will hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as some travel across Wales will be required. All applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK, as we do not offer visa sponsorship.
