Housing Labourer



As part of our commitment to maintaining and improving our 9,600+ council homes, we are seeking self-motivated, positive, flexible, and experienced tradespeople with a can-do attitude to join our customer-focused Responsive Maintenance Team within the Housing Property and Strategic Projects Division.

Providing the best quality service is a key part of the role of our multi-skilled workforce, to ensure that jobs are efficiently completed within agreed timescales. These roles encompass our passion for teamwork and customer focused delivery across our entire trade function.

Our teams operate from 2 depots, based in Trostre, Llanelli or Johnstown, Carmarthen .
