Working across our Customer Service and Housing Management departments, you will take part in rotations through various teams to develop essential knowledge, professional behaviours, and leadership skills. Customer Service comprises of the following teams: Contact Centre, Income Management, Lettings, Voids, Customer Relations, Operational Support, and Rent and Service Charges. Housing Management includes Tenancy Management, our Housing Specialist team who manage anti-social behaviour (ASB), and the Neighbourhood Housing Leads, who work every day with our residents.
From day one, whilst being supported through a structured development programme, you'll be engaged in a challenging role and will take ownership of your responsibilities. Together with your fellow graduate, you will also contribute to project work, which you will present back to the wider team. Experienced managers and mentors will guide you throughout your journey, providing regular feedback and coaching to help you grow and succeed.
Strong organisational and excellent communication skills are essential to this role as well as a good understanding of first-class customer service.

Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree,
A minimum of 3 A Levels Grade C or above.
A minimum of five GCSEs at grades A-C or 9-4 (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics.
Graduate Apprenticeship details:
Level 3 Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship or
Level 4 Senior Housing and Property Management (with CIH certificate) Apprenticeship or
Level 4 Project Management
