A housing management and property litigation solicitor is required to join this leading National firm based in Leeds. This specialist Housing Management and Property Litigation team is growing quickly and acts for a diverse range of private organisations, landowners, developers, investors charities, local authorities and some of the largest providers of social housing in the UK. You will have 1 - 7 year\'s PQE in litigation housing management, demonstrate management of your own caseload, comprising a mixture of housing management litigation including injunctions, possession, disrepair, cases before the FTT. You will also have experience with non-contentious matters such as policy advice and drafting tenancy agreements. Your key responsibilities will require own caseload management, supporting the partners on large and more complex matters as well as generating a caseload of your own, interact directly with clients, manage their expectations and meet their deadlines. You will also assist in the supervision of junior staff and be fully involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner. About you Successful candidates must have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience in delivering seminars and training. You will demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity as well as being highly focussed, have attention to detail strong and technical ability.
