Housing Management & Property Litigation Solicitor / FCILEx / Barrister | 5+ PQE | Birmingham Location: Birmingham Vacancy Type: Permanent A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Housing Management & Property Litigation Solicitor, FCILEx, or Barrister with 5+ years PQE to join their growing Birmingham team. The Role You will manage your own caseload of litigation and non-contentious matters while supporting partners on larger, complex cases. Key responsibilities include: Running and managing your own caseload Acting directly with clients, managing expectations and deadlines Supervising junior staff, including paralegals Supporting business development and client marketing initiatives Preparing and delivering client training Person Specification The successful candidate will have: 5+ years PQE in housing management and property litigation CILEx lawyers must hold Civil Litigation Practice Rights Strong case management skills and ability to work independently Experience supervising junior staff Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications) Commercial awareness and proactive approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, resilience, and determination to achieve positive outcomes Apply Now To apply, please submit your CV and covering letter to Donna Jones at BCL Legal.
