Housing Management Solicitor | Manchester City Centre | Hybrid | 58,000-72,000
A leading national law firm is looking for a 1-3 PQE Housing Management Solicitor to join its well-established Housing & Regeneration team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy contentious and advisory housing work and want to grow your career within a specialist national practice.
The Role
- Handle a varied caseload of housing management matters for major housing associations and social landlords
- Advise on breaches of tenancy, ASB, access injunctions and possession proceedings
- Manage disrepair claims, arrears matters and enforcement work
- Support clients with policy, regulatory and governance advice
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documentation
- Build trusted client relationships and support wider team projects
- 1-3 years' PQE in housing management, social housing, property litigation or general litigation
- Experience dealing with ASB, possession, disrepair or tenancy issues
- Confident in managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong advocacy, drafting and communication skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- 58k-72k salary + benefits
