St Leger Homes are recruiting a Team Leader to work within Housing Services. The successful candidate will assist the Service Manager to deliver high standards of company and individual performance to contribute to an efficient, cost effective and customer-focused area-based housing service.



You will lead a team of staff in the provision of a comprehensive Tenancy and Estate Management Service to contribute to the reduction of anti-social behavior, crime and disorder and create strong and vibrant communities.



This position will be based in one of the four geographical areas across the borough where the needs of the service dictate.



The postholder should possess the following skills:



Take responsibility for the management of the estate environment in the local area in close partnership with officers within CDC and other key agencies and ensure St Leger Homes plays a major role in the delivery of multi-agency initiatives and plans.



Investigate service complaints, ward member enquiries and MP enquiries in relation to the area of responsibility and put in place measures to rectify complaints and ensure services are improved where necessary to minimise further service dissatisfaction.



Monitor performance of all staff and record and provide performance statistics in relation to all areas of the service within the local area. This includes analysing performance information and discuss areas of good performance with staff and areas of concern with the Service Manager by exception in order to improve performance and achieve key targets and service standards. Review and compliance check all anti-social behaviour cases prior to closure.



To maintain high levels of attendance, motivation and discipline within the service.
