To provide a high quality Estate and Tenancy Management Service to a diverse range of customers within a designated geographical patch, ensuring the varying needs of all customers including those who are vulnerable are met. To work closely with a range of internal and external key stakeholders and key partners in both assisting customers to sustain their tenancies and to promote responsible tenancy conduct for the benefit of all customers, taking enforcement action only where necessary. To maintain clean and green estates and thriving communities.
What you'll be doing?
Communicating with other colleagues across all departments in order to ensure a joined up approach to Tenancy Management and a samless service to our customers.
Provide impartiality and consitancy in all alleged incidents of anti-social behaviour and be pro-active in initiating the necessary resolutions within the timescales and in accordance with Trident's Policy & Procedure.
Provide a visible and positive housing presense where customers have a dedicated first point of contact
Complete Estate and Community Inspections raising and following up on appropriate corrective actions to customer satisfaction to ensure residents' communal areas and neighbourhoods are pleasant, well-maintained and safe places to live.
Understanding all services and charges provided to estates, properties and communal areas and explaining such charges to residents whilst also ensuring the quality of services provided.
To support customers affected by welfare reforms and benefit changes, facilitating access to employment and digital support and helping them to make appropriate claims.
Be proactive in identifying opportunities for Esate improvement and therefore obtaining thorough and accurate quaotations and providing detailed proposals in accordance with the annual esate budgets system
To ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people and children in line with Safeguarding policies and procedures.
Who we're looking for?
Working knowledge of legislation relevant to Esate and Houisng Management
Knowledge of legal enforcement proceedings via the County Court.
