Fel Swyddog Tai, byddwch yn rhan allweddol o ddarparu gwasanaeth rheoli tai rhagorol sy'n rhoi pobl wrth y canol. Bydd pob diwrnod yn wahanol -- o gefnogi trigolion gydag angen am gymorth, i reoli dyraniadau, ymdrin a thai gwag, datrys pryderon cymdogion ac annog cymunedau diogel a glan.


Byddwch yn gyswllt pwysig rhwng trigolion, gwasanaethau lleol a phartneriaid -- gan helpu pobl i gadw eu tenantiaethau ac i deimlo'n falch o'u cartref.


Beth fyddwch chi'n ei wneud




Darparu gwasanaeth wyneb-yn-wyneb rhagorol sy'n canolbwyntio ar y cwsmer. Rheoli stadau, cymdogaethau a mannau cyffredin gan gadw safonau uchel. Ymateb i bryderon, cwynion a thoriadau tenantiaeth yn broffesiynol ac yn deg. Cefnogi trigolion gyda lles, rheoli tenantiaeth a chasglu incwm / dyledion. Defnyddio Civica CX i gadw cofnodion cywir a monitro perfformiad. Cynrychioli ClwydAlyn yn broffesiynol mewn cyfarfodydd allanol, gan gynnwys gweithdrefnau llys. Llwyddo i reoli llwyth gwaith prysur -- heb golli manylion pwysig.

About the Role




As a Housing Officer, you'll play a key part in delivering a responsive, people-focused housing management service. No two days are the same. You'll support residents with a wide range of needs, manage property allocations and voids, promote safe and well-maintained neighbourhoods, and work proactively to resolve issues such as neighbour disputes or arrears.




You'll be the link between residents, partners, and services -- helping people maintain their tenancies, access the right support, and feel proud of where they live.




What You'll Be Doing




Deliver high-quality, face-to-face customer support.

Manage estates, neighbourhoods, and communal spaces to a high standard.

Handle resident concerns, complaints, and tenancy breaches with professionalism and care.

Provide tenancy and welfare support, including income collection and arrears management.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records through Civica CX.

Represent ClwydAlyn in external settings including court proceedings and case reviews.

Balance competing priorities while staying organised and detail-focused.


Experience We're Looking For




You'll have experience in at least one of the following areas:




Voids & lettings allocations

Income recovery / arrears support

Estate or neighbourhood management

Handling resident or community issues


A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
