Exciting opportunity 12-month Fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave.

If so, Framework has a rare and exciting opportunity for you to join our Housing Management Service. We are currently looking to employ a Housing Officer based in our Nottingham office to cover for maternity leave.

We're looking for somebody to provide day to day support and specialist guidance to our residents, neighbours, and local community. With support from your Senior Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in tackling rent arrears and anti-social behaviour. You will be responsible for carrying out regular property inspections. You'll be driven and want to ensure that as part of the team we meet our objectives around delivering good customer service, low voids, high rent collection rates and meeting our Service Level Agreement.

You will be expected to be based in the office for most of the time when not on visits, with some flexibility for home working. You must hold a current full driving license and have access to a vehicle.



Duties and skills will include:



An ability to plan and organise your own workload Developing links and partnerships with support services, community protection services and other stakeholders Ensuring incidents of neighbour nuisance, anti-social behaviour and harassment are

investigated, and appropriate action taken in liaison with other agencies

Have an understanding of tools available to landlords and partners in relation to dealing with anti-social behaviour Maximising income through effective rent account monitoring Dealing with enforcement of tenancy conditions and representation in court Working closely with support services to prevent eviction and manage challenging behaviours Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of a landlord in relation to property compliance

What we need from you:



You should have relevant knowledge about tenancy agreements. Experience with dealing with tenancy and neighbourhood issues would be an advantage but above all, you'll be someone who enjoys working with a good level of autonomy An ability to work to the CIH professional standards An understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable people The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a level 4 qualification in Housing Management or similar (or a willingness to obtain a minimum level 4 with Frameworks support)
