Your new roleWe are excited to be looking for a new Housing Support Manager to join our busy dynamic Independent Living team. We are passionate about our service and determined our customers continue to receive a service that is second to none.You will be managing a newly created dispersed team of Housing Support Partners that ensure our customers' wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do - it's our priority that our customers are supported throughout their tenancy and their homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard. Remember, we don't just want to do things the way they've always been done, we want do things even better!A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential to this role as you will be managing a team that works in Southampton, Eastleigh, Alton, Petersfield, Windsor and Bracknell so you'll be travelling at least 3 days a week.Previous experience of managing a dispersed team is a must. No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always going the extra mile will be essential. as you'll be supporting colleagues to deliver great outcomes and support.You'll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with Stakeholders, colleagues, and customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues.
