is a Birmingham-based Support Services Provider working with Supported Housing Providers to empower vulnerable adults. We support individuals facing challenges such as mental health issues, substance misuse, offending history, financial hardship, and physical health conditions.We're looking for
experienced, compassionate Support Workers
to join our growing team and make a real difference in people's lives.What You'll Do
Provide
1 hour of person-centred support
per resident each week Conductweekly well-being checks
Help residents build life skills: budgeting, medication management, shopping, mental health, and more Promote independence and support residents towardindependent living
Keep accurate digital records using our easy-to-use mobile/web app Collaborate with management and external professionalsWhat We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting vulnerable adults Comfortable using smartphones and online systems Enhanced DBS required (or willing to obtain) Self-employed status Access to a vehicle and ability to travel across Birmingham Strong communication skills, empathy, and reliability Health & Social Care Level 2 or higher (preferred) Familiarity with Supported Exempt Housing or RSL frameworks is a bonus
