is a front-line charitable organisation, which was founded in 2008 and is predominantly based in North East Lincolnshire. The Supported Living home is in a secure area of the Caistor Site, incorporating other community projects, with an emphasis on supporting clients to enjoy independence and promote daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver personalised support plans.
Encourage independence and provide practical, emotional, and training support.
Carry out risk assessments and follow organisational policies.
Support tenants moving towards greater independence and resettlement.
Safeguard and support service users in times of distress.
Work closely with health, social care, and advocacy services.
Assist tenants with daily routines, domestic tasks, and independence skills (not personal care).
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work
Clean Enhanced DBS Check
