Join Our Team as a Housing Support Worker!





Do you enjoy supporting vulnerable adults to gain independence and rebuild their lives in secure housing? As a Housing Support Worker, you'll support adults across Leeds with complex needs, such as homelessness or safeguarding concerns, helping them move towards independent living. You'll manage a caseload, provide tailored support, help clients maintain tenancies, and work closely with other agencies to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.

What you'll bring:



Experience of supporting vulnerable adults in housing or community settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to use for work purposes

What you'll be doing:



Delivering personalised housing-related support to adults with complex needs Helping clients maintain tenancies, manage finances, and access essential services Coordinating move-ins, property checks, and multi-agency collaboration
