Overall job purpose

Responsible for the system administration, monitoring and continuous development of Information Systems across Housing Services Repairs and Maintenance, Cyclical, Voids and Asset Management functions. To ensure Technical Services Information Systems are being used efficiently and effectively to drive performance improvements.




An integral part of this role is to be able to understand and resolve complex issues, take decisive action with the ability to identify how current practice can be improved and ensure that processes are understood and consistent.




Ensure that the unit is following Business Continuity protocol and that measures are in place and activated in the event of system outages.




You will engender a sense of continuous improvement in our processes and systems to ensure that we are best in class at delivering customer excellence.




Work with the Performance Management team to develop, monitor and evaluate performance PI's and KPI's.
