It takes a special kind of person to get our customers journeys off to a flying start. As a Hovercraft Handling Agent you will be the face of the Hovertravel brand. Guiding and assisting our customers at the terminal in Southsea, as well as on board our Hovercraft. It's all about enhancing the customer experience. You dedication, passion and resilience to delivery outstanding customer service will shine through in everything you do.

Also the role includes being crew on the hovercraft, looking after customers during the crossing and being prepared for all situations on the hovercraft.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to our passengers,*
Deliver Health and Safety practices whilst on-board,*
Be the Captains additional "eyes" in the cockpit whilst flying,*
Maintain high standards of service,*
Work as part of a team*
Work as part of a team, across all areas of the business*
Having the great attitude and work ethic Duties will include, washing and preparing the craft/s for service, Greeting Passengers on arrival at the terminals, providing information and advice, issuing tickets and providing onward information, checking-in and loading of Passengers, loading luggage on broad the craft and freight, keeping the work aeras clean and tidy, including replenishment stock.*
