The Asian Women's Resource Centre (AWRC) is a feminist organization whose values are founded on commitments to human rights, anti-discrimination and freedom from oppression. Salary: 35,000 - 41,000 per annum (with progression based on AWRC pay scales)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: 2 years (subject to 1-year review and funding)
Location: Hybrid (2 days office-based, remainder from home)
We are looking for a passionate and skilled HPIDVA Training Lead to spearhead our accredited training programmes, develop culturally responsive learning, and strengthen pathways for women professionals in the VAWG sector. This is a pivotal role combining programme leadership, training delivery, sector advocacy, and income generation.
What you'll do:

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of HPIDVA training and other VAWG learning packages.
• Ensure all courses are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and aligned with best practice.
• Recruit and mentor learners, providing pastoral support to help them sustain engagement.
• Build partnerships with "by and for" organisations, safeguarding bodies, police, universities, and other agencies.
• Represent AWRC on expert panels, conferences, and sector networks, including contributing to DHRs.
• Generate income through training and consultancy to support AWRC's sustainability.
• Track impact, evaluate learner progress, and share success stories through reports and case studies.

About you:

• Qualified in Train the Trainer and Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) (or working towards AET/Level 3).
• Strong knowledge of VAWG, harmful practices, and survivor rights (including NRPF).
• Experience delivering training on harmful practices and VAWG, with proven facilitation skills.
• Skilled at developing trauma-informed and culturally responsive training resources.
• Able to represent organisations confidently at conferences, networks, and expert panels.
• Experienced in income generation through training or consultancy.
• Committed to survivor-centred, anti-racist, and feminist practice.
